If you’ve taken our 2-day Payroll Masterclass already or simply want to dive in to the ESA to better understand your responsibilities as an employer, this one day course is for you.\nWhat it is: Reviewing the Employment Standards Act (Ontario) and its provisions in a separate, standalone full day course, ensuring that you are comfortable with, and knowledgeable about, the Act and what your responsibilities are as provided under it.\nLocation: 235 Terence Matthews Cres, Suite 100, Kanata ON in the Accountapotamus Boardroom\nThe Labour Standards ESA Course Includes:\n• One full day of reviewing the Employment Standards Act (Ontario) and its provisions with a personable and engaging instructor\n• A comprehensive reference manual to take home with you\n• Plenty of time for questions or breaks as needed\n• Each day is 8:30am – 4:30pm\n• Lunch and light refreshments are included!\nThe cost for the full course is $425 plus HST. If you’ve taken our payroll masterclass, you are eligible for a 10% multi-course discount. Please call us to apply the multi-course discount via payment over the phone. Registration is required as class sizes are limited. Ask us about how to apply for course funding under the Canada Ontario Job Grant (COJG) which could save you 5/6 of your course costs.\nPLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A SEPARATE COURSE FROM OUR TWO-DAY PAYROLL MASTERCLASS. (The masterclass covers: comprehensive payroll training, with moving parts that include hiring, payroll processing, government remittances, employee terminations, year-end processing, and all the little bits in-between. Practical exercises covering a one-year period, including running a computerized payroll for 10 employees (using Quickbooks), processing source deduction remittances, WSIB and EHT calculations, and ROE and T4 preparation).\n\n\n
