Employers may be eligible for up to $10,000 per employee through the newly redesigned Ontario Job Grant (formerly the Canada-Ontario Job Grant). The program provides financial assistance to employers investing in short-term training for their workers. This provincial program has updated guidelines and eligibility requirements for businesses of all sizes looking to up-skill their workforce.
