I found the QuickBooks training that Patti offered to be very informative and comprehensive for a one day course. Through using a visual walk-through of the software, a QuickBooks training book (which we were able to take home) and her directions, I was quickly able to re-gain my prior knowledge and increase my skills using QuickBooks. I believe the other students were all new to QuickBooks but I can confidently say that they left with a good working knowledge of how to use the software. Additionally, Patti offered three months of unlimited phone support for any further questions that we may have had.

Patti is easy to understand, has a positive attitude and sprinkles her teaching with humor. I enjoyed the day very much and I strongly recommend this course to anyone that would like to learn how to use QuickBooks and/or feel confident in its use.
