I was really impressed with the course overall. Patti, Rita & Kathryn were great, very friendly, welcoming and approachable. The mix of experienced and inexperienced users was well handled, giving everyone the attention that they needed. I found the QuickBooks training that Patti offered to be very informative and comprehensive for a one day course.  Through using a visual walk-through of the software, a QuickBooks training book (which we were able to take home) and her directions, I was quickly able to re-gain my prior knowledge and increase my skills using QuickBooks.  I believe the other students were all new to QuickBooks but I can confidently say that they left with a good working knowledge of how to use the software.  Additionally, Patti offered three months of unlimited phone support for any further questions that we may have had.
